  • I am a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with over six years of experience supporting families and more than seven years of healthcare experience. Rates begin at $35–$45+ per hour, depending on the number of infants, location, schedule, and level of care needed. If you have questions or would like a personalized quote, I’d love to connect and discuss your family’s needs.

    This includes:

    • Knowledge on basic infant care.

    • knowledge on feeding methods and tips.

    • knowledge on infant sleep tips.

    • knowledge on infant development.

    • Bottle washing + sanitizing

    • Infant care (feedings, burping. diaper changes, bathing, and laundry).

    • Breastfeeding Support.

    • Bottle preparation.

    • Light household work

    • Meal Preparation.

    A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your care. The retainer amount is based on the number of scheduled hours and days per week. This secures your spot on my calendar, guarantees my availability for your family, and is applied according to the terms of your service agreement.   • As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my rates are based on my education, experience, and qualifications, as well as your family’s unique needs, the number of children, the level of support requested, and your location. Rates begin at $35–$45+ per hour.

    This includes:

    • Overnight or Day Support.

    • Bottle washing + sanitizing

    • Infant care (feedings, burping. diaper changes, bathing, and laundry).

    • Breastfeeding Support.

    • Bottle preparation.

    • Errand running for day support.

    • Light household work

    • Meal Preparation.

    A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your care. The retainer amount is based on the number of scheduled hours and days per week.   • I offer two plans that are both designed to set you up for success!

    Virtual plan $2,500 ($5,670 value) :

    • 30 min Free consultation.

    • PDF Tailored agreed sleep plan that suits your infant and family.

    • Nap schedule plan.

    • 2 emergency phone calls.

    • 2 weekly check-ins.

    • 1 phone call for questions on implementing.

    • 1 video on how to implement plan.

    • 1 recap meeting after plan is fully implemented.

    • 1 adjustment plan after it is followed for 2 weeks.

    In person : My Sleep consultant rates vary between $40-$50 an hour based off of your location.

    • Plan tailored by me to fit your infants and family’s needs.

    • Unlimited support for questions and implementing support during the day.

    • 7 nights over 2 weeks of overnight support (minimum of 8 hours and 14 days) .

    • Full hands on support from me.

    • 1 free re-evaluation plan if needed (onlyapplies after 2 weeks of implementing).

    A non-refundable retainer fee is required that is based off of how choose to implement care (virtual or in person). This retainer fee ensures that you want to work with me, secures me as your consultant, and protects payments.

  • Birth doula services begin at $1,250+, depending on your location, individual needs, and the level of support requested.

    A non-refundable retainer of $350 is required to reserve your estimated due date and secure your place on my calendar.

    This includes:

    • 24/7 on call birth care.

    • 2 prenatal visits before birth that are structured to be knowledgeable on answering any questions. Discuss preferences and preparation for birth (1.5 hours long).

    • Me being present for your birth (certain terms apply).

    • Stress free back up doula support (certain terms may apply).

    • 2 postpartum visits (4/hr minimum for day support and 6/hr minimum for evening support). This support includes:

    • Light house work.

    • errand running.

    • Meal Preparation.

    • Bottle washing+ Sanitizing.

    • Help with infant care.

    • Laundry Support.

    • Breastfeeding Support.

    • Advocacy to help remind you to make informed choices, and be a sound mind to remind you of your preferences.

    • Create a peaceful environment (working with medical staff, family members ect.)

    • Explain risks and benefits before, and during birth.

    • Be knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, and help facilitate during the process.

    • Be flexible and redirect when needed.

    • Help family be present during birth.

    • Have a calming presence

    • Create an educating, positive environment.

    Add ons:

    • Birth photography for $250 on top of your package

    • Additional hours for prenatal and Postpartum support. These hours will be charged at my hourly rate. Please call for questions.

    I will provide comfort measures for you that are emotionally, physically, and mentally supportive. They will help remind you to make informed decisions that are knowledgable and evidenced based before and during birth. As your doula, it is my job to honor your birth preferences and serve you by giving you the best birth experience as possible- creating a peaceful environment that is tailored to the support you need.
