What qualifies for overnight care (Postpartum Doula)?

I offer overnight care at a minimum of 8 hours. Any shift that ranges from 8-12 hours crossing from one night to the next day is considered/qualified for overnight care. Usually these hours don’t schedule past 11pm or go past 7am .

What qualifies for day time care?

I offer day shift care at a minimum of 6 hours. Usually these hours don’t go past 7pm or start till 9 am.

Does the price differ with multiple children?

Yes. Please contact for additional information.

Is our scope of practice in the medical field?

Although I have some background and experience in the medical field and I sometimes work in a medical setting my practice is not the medical field. It’s important as your provider I am in my scope of practice. I am trained to support, ground, counsel, educate, and help establish.

Common doula questions

Can I buy more prenatal hours after my Doula birth care?

Yes you can! In fact you can split them the fit your needs. My day time requirements are offered a minimum of 4 hours and my evening requirements are offered a minimum of 6 hours.

What makes me eligible for a refund for my birth doula & postpartum doula care?

Please know I care and am very understanding. I’m well experienced and equipped for certain circumstances & anm able to support and help you get through any difficult situation.

• 120 days notice of cancellation from your expected due date a 50% refund will be given. (Please note I will ask for documentation if necessary). As a doula I plan a lot of things around your birth. A lot of effort goes into your care.

• Still birth. I understand the tragic event and still encourage you to allow me as you doula to still help you go through this process. Certain terms will apply in this circumstance. Please call for more clarification & information on this. If you scheduled any postpartum care outside of this it will not be refundable. Please note the non - refundable deposit is not refundable either.

• Miscarriage from 14 wks of pregnancy if no prenatal visits have taken place with your doula.

Non- refundable:

• In event of planned or unplanned c-section

• Not giving me proper notice or time (call/text) to be there for your delivery.

• In the event a back up is needed or provided.

• Cancelations not within the 120 due date mark.

Sleep consultant

I recognize and respect that each and every family and child is different. I am not there to force or pressure you into buying a sleep method that I swear by. Every child is different, there are a lot of moving factors in a child’s development. So I promise to help you implement and come up with a plan that best suits YOU and your little one’s needs. I ask that you try a method for 2 weeks max before we implement and introduce a new method for your child to learn. I kindly ask that you also implement the method correctly being given to you and if you have support asking you we ask you respect the line of work and method trying to implement, if you have any concerns with your method please contact the office.

How long is sleep training?

I require a minimum of 14 days.

What if sleep training is unsuccessful after 2 weeks?

All of my sleep training packages offer a re-evaluement plan that allows room for improvement, changes, and adjustment cost-free.
